Our Billing Arrangements

Our clients find that our fees are very reasonable, even in comparison with other firms that may not possess the same level of expertise.  Many clients find our fee schedule a significant, and pleasant, improvement over the fees that they were accustomed to paying to larger firms with comparable ranges of expertise.

One unique aspect of Affinity Law Group, LLC is our move away from billing by the hour toward alternative billing arrangements. Affinity implements flat fee billing on legal projects whenever possible and has also entered into a modified retainer relationship with many of its business clients.  Under Affinity Law Group’s modified retainer, the client and the firm agree upon a flat fee that will be paid at the beginning of every month (anywhere from $250 to several thousand dollars per month based upon the estimated type and amount of legal services the client anticipates needing in the upcoming year), which provides the client access to all attorneys and paralegals in the firm as often as the client needs for the types of work covered by the retainer.  The results and approval by the clients have been outstanding.
