Andrew Rushing

Andrew Rushing has been serving as corporate counsel to entrepreneurs, private equity groups, and closely held businesses and their owners since 2007. Focusing on corporate transactions, Andrew’s skills and knowledge allow him to identify issues facing business clients and formulate creative, complete and practical solutions.


Andrew assists clients in all phases of buying and selling businesses—from letter of intent to navigating due diligence and from negotiating the purchase agreement to closing the transaction and beyond.  He also has extensive experience in commercial finance, private capital raises, and commercial real estate sales and leasing (for both landlords and tenants).  Andrew also assists businesses in an outside counsel role by negotiating a wide variety of contracts and advising on day-to-day legal and business issues.


Andrew graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Distribution Management.  He received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.


Andrew is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri.


He resides in Webster Groves with his wife, three small children, and one large dog.  In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports teams and exploring the outdoors with his family.
