Timothy Schweiss
Associate Attorney

Tim’s practice focuses on assisting and providing counsel to business owners and entrepreneurs on a variety of matters ranging from contracts and business law to real estate and finance.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in the New York Regional Office as a Legal Honors Student, where he assisted attorneys in the Division of Enforcement investigating and prosecuting securities fraud.

 

Tim received his Bachelor of Science of Accountancy and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He received a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law with a concentration in employment. Tim is credentialed as a SHRM – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Holders of the SHRM-CP are recognized for their ability to effectively perform HR duties and responsibilities in an operational capacity. Tim’s professional and academic experience allows him to understand a company’s ongoing needs while negotiating and drafting contracts.

 

In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing soccer and golf as well as cooking with his wife.

Honors and Awards

 

Tim received the Dean’s List Honor Scholarship at Saint Louis University School of Law.

 

During his time at Saint Louis University Law School, Tim was a member of the Saint Louis University Trial Team.
