Licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri, Andrew has been providing general counsel to closely-held businesses and their owners since 2007. His work is focused on corporate transactions, and his skills and knowledge allow him to identify issues facing clients and formulate creative and complete solutions. Andrew has expertise in helping clients perform due diligence and in negotiating and drafting a variety of transactional documents; including documents related to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution, stock redemptions, succession planning, and buy-sell arrangements. Andrew also has substantial experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing and financing.
Andrew’s dedication to his community includes serving as General Counsel for the Center for Racial Harmony and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Webster Groves Public Library. Andrew resides in Webster Groves with his wife and two children.
